Warrnambool College has a powerful tradition of success. As a community, we work hard to continue to improve the capacity of our staff and our education delivery to make sure that every child achieves their potential.
Adolescence is a joyful and complex transition from childhood to adulthood and we have the honour and the responsibility of guiding our children into the next phase of the life journeys. I say journeys because the pathway is individual and in this era of change, our students are likely to have a rich variety of life experiences and employment choices as they navigate their way through life.
Every child is precious. Each has their own set of skills, their own personality and their own dreams. We seek to help them prepare to be effective workers, good people and involved citizens. We share this journey with our parents and guardians and in this we hold the most profound responsibility in our society.
We value academic rigour, innovation in all areas of the curriculum and the belief that education is vital for a good life. We know that on-going learning and learning to learn are essential skills for our students to carry through their lives.
